Flat breads are so versatile and can be filled with so many amazing plant-based fillings – there really is no limit to what you can top or fill these with.
1.5 cups of coconut yoghurt
2 tbsps olive oil
2.5 cups self raising flour
1. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix either by hand or with a mixer until an elastic dough forms.
2. Divide the dough into 16 pieces, then roll each out into a circle around .5 m thick.
3. Heat a frying pan over med to high heat and sling the flatbread on to the frypan surface. Cook until the bubbles rise. Flip, cook until golden brown.
