Each week you pre-order by midnight Monday to get your Pack delivered to your workplace or home the following (next day) Tuesday or Wednesday depending what area you live in (9am-6pm). Or the following Thursday to your local depo if you are out of Auckland. (CHRISTCHURCH allow 1 week for delivery to your depo).
You stock your freezer with the healthy goods then you have all your meals sorted so you don’t have to worry about your meal prep and can just stay on top of your fitness goals. The menu changes every week for a 4 week rotation to keep it exciting and delicious.
