Pesto Pasta


1 x pkt of Penne Pasta

Basil pesto (small – med size tub)



Handful of basil leaves

100 g Pine nuts, toasted

1 -2 cups of frozen peas

Handful of rocket or some stir through wilted spinach (optional)



Simply cook the pasta and frozen peas in salted boiling water for 15 – 20 minutes or until cooked through, then drain. Stir through the pesto (and any spinach or rocket you want to add). Sprinkle with basil and pine nuts before serving.
