Oven Baked Potato Chips


2 cups thinly sliced red potatoes
4 tbspn all purpose seasoning
Olive oil or avocado oil spray


  1. Preheat oven to 200 Degrees. Slice potatoes as thin as you can get them (about 3mm thick).


  1. Line a baking tray with baking paper, and spray with olive oil spray. You can also use a wire baking rack! Lay the potatoes onto the baking sheet and spray with oil. Season generously with all purpose seasoning. Bake for 30 minutes or until desired crispiness!


  1. Serve with your favourite dipping sauce! You could also make these “loaded” by adding guacamole, sesame seeds, sundried tomatoes… the options are endless!
