INGREDIENTS:
1 x can chickpeas drained and rinsed
1 x lemon (juice)
3 x Tbs PREP’s Garlic rosemary oil + 3 infused garlic cloves (see website recipes)
1/2 x Tbs Himalayan rock salt
1 x tsp pepper
Dash of water to help blend
METHOD:
- Blend everything up in a blender and enjoy
